The organizational setup, that perfectly combines manufacturing and distribution, allows the Group to offer complete, cost-effective solutions, reducing quality costs thanks to a sophisticated production planning as well as an extensive raw material availability at Tecninox, in Piacenza (Italy).

The integrated production, coupled with the accurate ex-stock supply performed through the Group global distribution network, is one of the main strengths for Raccortubi generating added value for customers.

The internal production of butt weld fittings basically has two purposes:

• constant replenishment of Raccortubi central warehouse, guaranteeing wide availability from stock
• thanks to the accurate adaptive planning, it also allows to manage orders on a special set-up, with short deliveries.

In fact, a portion of the total production capacity is reserved for placing specific orders upon customer request.

Finally, we are able to offer a “fast track” service: specific production for urgent orders, with delivery in 4-6 weeks.

The wide availability of raw material is guaranteed by the Group’s central warehouse, from which Tecninox uses pipes of the same material, diameter and thickness as the finished product to produce, offering optimized costs and limited delivery times.
