Raccortubi Group stocks and supplies pipes, tubes, fittings, and flanges in a wide range of diameters and thicknesses, in austenitic stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, 6mo, nickel alloys and titanium. All stocks include urea grade pipes and fittings, heat exchanger tubes (cut-to-size), instrumentation tubing and high temperature materials.
The wide availability of sheets/plates in duplex, super duplex, 6Mo and titanium are available onsite at the two manufacturing mills, meaning that butt weld fittings can be produced quickly and cost-effectively.
These items from manufacturing integrate all stocks worldwide and allow for an extensive material availability. Raccortubi can thus provide products for various applications, not only for the Oil & Gas industry, but also for fertilizer and green chem plants, for the chemical, petrochemical, water treatment and nuclear industry.
These applications, in fact, require materials with a high performance, for example in terms of resistance to corrosion, thermal stress, high pressures.

As part of our supplies, we are able to complete our piping packages also with other types of materials and products, thanks to our experience and a consolidated network of qualified suppliers.
Standard austenitic stainless steel (304/304L, 316/316L) pipes, tubes, fittings and flanges are the core of Raccortubi Group offer, from both manufacturing and stock at all its premises worldwide. Pipes, tubes, and fittings in 321/321H, 347/347H are also available for relatively high temperature applications.
Duplex (UNS 31803) and Super Duplex (UNS 32750 e UNS 32760) pipes, tubes, fittings and flanges are a consistent part of all Raccortubi Group stocks, both in Italy and in its international warehouses. Being ideal for any Oil & Gas applications, all these items are available off-the-shelf and are fully tested to comply with the main international market requirements. All the provided certificates make the products clearly traceable all the way back from base material to heat treatment and testing results.
Super Austenitic 6MO stainless steel (UNS S31254) pipes, tubes, fittings and flanges are stocked and supplied by all the Group subsidiaries to meet the most critical applications, when a higher resistance to corrosion is required than what is allowed by standard stainless steel grades. 6mo products are mainly used for offshore platforms, LNG plants as well as desalination plants.
We manufacture and supply piping material in 625 (UNS N06625) and 825 (UNS N08825) nickel alloys, for all critical applications. Whilst 625-nickel alloys is ideal for marine applications and chemical processing involving acids due to its high strength and corrosion resistance, 825-nickel alloy is much more used for offshore installations, phosphoric acid production, and for manufacturing and transportation of corrosive gas.
Benefitting from the partnership with Mannesmann Stainless Tubes, Raccortubi supplies ex-stocks tubes, which are also used as raw material for butt weld fitting internal manufacturing. Raccortubi provides 316L UG (UNS31603) and 310 mod. (UNS31050) piping material – from ½” to 14” nominal diameter, destined for urea production and fertilizer plants, in accordance with Snamprogetti (Saipem), Stamicarbon and Urea Casale technical specifications.

Raccortubi has been always manufacturing titanium (ASTM B363) fittings in its production plant Tecninox, but now all the Group stocks can count on a wide range of welded (ASTM B862) and seamless (ASTM B861) pipes and tubes, being also able to supply flanges (ASTM B381) and bars (ASTM B348) upon request.
